Sendero Wellness Collective is a 43,000-square-foot ground-up development dedicated to health and wellness — a dedicated resource bringing care, fitness, and well-being services to a community that has long traveled elsewhere for them.

As part of the Sendero master plan, the Collective reflects Wabash's approach of pairing commercial development with genuine community need, and carrying the project through entitlement, infrastructure, and execution.
