The first phase of the Sendero destination, Sendero Retail is a 32,000-square-foot ground-up shopping center anchored by five pad sites across ten acres. The center is designed to bring everyday retail, service, and dining to the community as the broader master plan takes shape.
Wabash carries the project from site work through delivery — underwriting, entitlement, tenant strategy, and construction execution — establishing the retail core that activates the wider Sendero vision.
