Wabash Capital Partners is a research-driven investment firm focused on commercial real estate and emerging technologies.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. Target investment opportunities in growth markets across all real estate asset classes and industries using three core investment approaches: (1) develop-to-core; (2) value-add; and (3) covered land. Additional services include investment management, development management, and asset management. We currently sponsor, JV and manage several projects within the Texas Triangle.

EMERGING TECHNOLOGY. Focused strategy on blockchain and IoT applications; full-stack web and API development; and early applications with artificial intelligence and machine learning.

We apply a systematic, research-driven approach to identifying opportunities, forecasting risk assessment and management, and understanding the legal and regulatory landscape for the successful implementation of tax strategies.

THE FOUNDER. Current co-founder and managing partner at commercial real estate investment and development firm. Former general counsel at private equity commercial real estate investment and development firm. Former law partner and attorney at the international law firms of HaynesBoone LLP and McGuireWoods, LLP, with a focus on transactions in finance, business, and commercial real estate, including term, construction, mezzanine, and syndicated financing for commercial projects ranging from $30 million to over $2 billion throughout the United States.

INVESTMENT THESIS. Our investment thesis focuses on identifying undervalued commercial real estate opportunities in strategic locations with strong underlying fundamentals and sectors poised for rapid growth that can benefit from technological enhancements. By integrating emerging technologies in our commercial real estate portfolio, the firm aims to streamline operations, enhance asset efficiencies, and improve tenant experiences, which drive demand and asset appreciation. We believe this approach not only diversifies the investment portfolio but also mitigates risks associated with market volatility in a single sector.
